Who has spent some time in the galleries of New York and Hong Kong might have noticed that I am a friend of night photography. That did not change in Sydney. And there is more atmosphere in Sydneys nights than is in many other major cities I have visited
And even at night the opera prevails over everything. Therefore our night walk begins with impressions of this fantastic building
By the way: even of you're photo-addicted too, don't forget the actual night life. After dining in a restaurant (take a foreign one, cooking isn't one of Australians strongest suits) you can walk Oxford Street - there is a bar is for everyones taste.
Or you spend your night at one of Sydneys irish pubs. We did so in Chinatown - Goulburn Street corner George Street we found a great pub with different live music (just walk Goulburn street after 10 p.m., you will hear it, I promise) every night.
